Theme was important for the client, so to emphasise that I added thematic tweaks to the already established motion graphical design.
For example, for a video about lottery winners' cars, I went for very warm colours, a laid-back, sophisticated soundtrack and bokeh-style transitions.
I tended to use the technique of switch back and forth between a static and moving shot of the on-screen interviewee so the viewer’s attention did not wane.
These techniques were adjusted to match the theme of each video.
